Lean assessments

Grey RA can support organizations with reaching the goal of lean compliance. This support usually starts with a lean assessment.

Examples of tools and methods to identify options for a ‘leaner’ compliance are:

• Quality system scans and benchmarking. Identify ‘waste’ procedures and activities that do not add value for your customer and are not regulatory required.
• DHF scans and benchmarking. Identify ”waste” documents that do not add value for your customer and are not regulatory required.
• Outside-in document check. Engineers are used to working inside-out as a product develops. When looking at documentation outside-in, often inconsistencies and double work is identified.
• Scans on specific subjects, like requirements management, risk management, verification or supplier management.
